Guarantee a free bet

Guaranteeing a free bet on Betfair is probably the simplest Betfair trading method, yet now a lot of people know about it.

This method is so simple and anybody can do it. To create free bets on Betfair,  all you have to do is back a selection in any event and then lay that same selection at lower odds using the same stake. 

In this example, we can see that we've managed to guarantee a free bet on Betfair of £52.25 on Happy Sunshine. This means that if Happy Sunshine wins this race, we'll pocket £52.25. If it loses, we won't lose anything.

What we did here was back Happy Sunshine for £100 when his odds were at 3.45 high and then placed a lay bet for £100 when his odds dropped to 2.9.

This created a free bet on Betfair to give us a chance to win £52.25 at no risk.

To take things further, we can also equalize a profit across all selections so that we win an equal amount of money, no matter who wins.
